CAPACITAÇÃO DA REDE DE OUVIDORES
Aconteceu hoje no auditório da Controladoria, a capacitação promovida pela Ouvidoria Geral do Estado junto à Rede de Ouvidorias do Estado, para a operacionalização dos procedimentos relativos à LAI - Lei de Acesso à Informação. Estiveram presentes 60 Ouvidorias representadas pelos seus Ouvidores e ou assistentes de Ouvidoria. Na ocasião, foram distribuídos material contendo as orientações procedimentais relativas aos Pedidos de Acesso à Informação, a serem operacionalizadas pela Rede de Ouvidorias do Poder Executivo Estadual, a partir do próximo dia 01.01.2013.
Na ocasião foram registradas sugestões da Rede para serem incorporadas aos novos procedimentos da LAI. Com a regulamentação da LAI em PE, o Estado. A Lei de Acesso à Informação – Sancionada pela presidenta Dilma Rousseff em novembro de 2011, regulamenta a consulta de documentos públicos e, de acordo com a presidenta, consolidam a democracia e tornam o Estado brasileiro mais transparente, garantindo o acesso à informação, o direito à memória e à verdade, e o pleno exercício da cidadania. O objetivo é ampliar a transparência, tornando a informação pública aberta nos poderes Executivo, Legislativo e Judiciário, e em todos os níveis de governo, no país. A partir da Lei, todos os brasileiros poderão consultar documentos e informações produzidos pela administração pública, que deverão ser oferecidos de forma clara em linguagem simples e direta com apoio de ferramentas de busca e pesquisa. A Lei nº 14.804 (29.10.2012) regulamenta o acesso a informações, no âmbito do Poder Executivo Estadual de PE.
