CRIAÇÃO DE BONS HÁBITOS
Temos à nossa disposição 24 horas diárias, através das quais poderíamos utilizá-las produtivamente a nosso benefício e do nosso semelhante, bastando para isso uma devida programação quanto a como utilizar essas horas e para quê utilizá-las.
É incrível como disperdiçamos o nosso valioso tempo em coisas que absolutamente não nos engrandecem a alma, numa rotina diária entediante, criando em nós mesmos a sensação de "estagnação" mental e emocional. Será que temos que viver na estagnação continuamente? Quais são os aspectos que precisam ser modificados? E para quê modificá-los?Que tal começarmos a construir uma nova rotina repleta de bons hábitos, que proporcionarão em nós mesmos uma sensação de bem estar e relativa tranquilidade?
O segredo começa na própria mente, poderemos então reprogramá-la para que utilizemos o nosso potencial mental na melhor forma possível, redirecionando as nossas energias para conquistar os nossos sonhos e colocar em prática os nossos ideais. Desconhecemos o nosso próprio potencial mental, subutilizamos o nosso poder da vontade, consequentemente vivenciamos na mente um estado de fixação mental negativo, no qual idéias fixas que geram sentimentos de tristeza, angústia, desânimo, mágoa, raiva ou mesmo resssentimento começam a ser alimentados diariamente. Neste sentido, temos um desafio contínuo de remover essas fixações mentais, substituindo-as por pensamentos de teor elevado, acendendo em nós mesmos uma luz espiritual maravilhosa que norteará as nossas ações e as nossas próprias vidas. Ao desenvolvermos essa conexão espiritual, por maiores que sejam as dificuldades que venhamos a enfrentar, nos sentiremos fortalecidos para a devida "travessia".Um bom planejamento quanto aos nossos hábitos diários será de grande utilidade.
Seguem algumas dicas para melhorar a qualidade das nossas vidas:
- Começar o dia com uma prece, canalizando positivamente as nossas energias em direção ao pai, rogando-lhe bom ânimo e bençãos para este dia.
- Praticar algum exercício, através do qual possamos colaborar para restaurar a saúde orgânica.
- Manter contato com a natureza, contemplando-a e permitindo-se integrar-se a ela, através dos nossos cinco sentidos. A respiração é de fundamental importância neste processo.
- Alimentar-se com qualidade, selecionando os alimentos que poderão fortalecer o nosso organismo com as necessárias vitaminas e nutrientes.
- Ter atitudes e gestos de carinho com as pessoas que nos cercam, gerando uma atmosfera de bem estar e alegria.Não precissamos vivenciar um quadro de pobreza afetiva continuamente.Nossa vida afetiva é da nossa inteira responsabilidade.
- Dedicar-se às atividades que precisam ser realizadas no decorrer do dia, procurando realizá-las da melhor forma possível. Esta dedicação proporcionará a sensação do dever bem cumprido.
- Ao conversar com as demais pessoas, selecionar o que deve ou não ser comentado, evitando fazer mal uso da palavra. A palavra tem um poder incrível nas nossas vidas e nos revelam o estágio em que nos encontramos do ponto de vista moral e espiritual.
- Praticar diariamente a meditação, através da qual poderemos nos conectar espiritualmente e elevar o nosso padrão vibratório.
- Não desperdiçar tempo e energia com leituras, programas de rádio ou televisão que abordem temáticas de violência e abusos diversos.
- Procurar manter a organização do nosso ambiente de trabalho e do lar, os quais refletem a nossa disciplina ou indisciplina mental.
- Não permitir-se fixar o pensamento em aspectos ou situações que geraram dor no nosso passado ou mesmo no presente atual. Através do pensamento podemos intensificar essa dor, potencializando-a indevidamente. A limpeza diária do nosso campo mental é uma necessidade diária.
Somos aquilo que pensamos ser e os nossos pensamentos definem o nosso destino.

We have at our disposal 24 hours a day, through which we could use them productively to our benefit and our neighbor, just by a proper schedule as to how to use these hours and for what use it.It's amazing how disperdiçamos our valuable time on things that absolutely do not exalt the soul, a boring daily routine, creating in ourselves the feeling of "stagnation" mental and emotional. Do we have to live continuously in stagnation? What are the aspects that need to be modified? And why change them?
How about we start building a new routine full of good habits that will provide in ourselves a sense of well being and relative tranquility?The secret begins in the mind itself, then we can reprogram it to us to use our mental potential in the best possible way, redirecting our energies to achieve our dreams and put into practice our ideals. We do not know our own mental potential, subutilizamos our will power, therefore we experience a state of mind in negative mental fixation, in which fixed ideas that generate feelings of sadness, anxiety, depression, grief, anger or even resssentimento begin to be fed daily . Therefore, we have an ongoing challenge to remove these mental fixations, replacing them with thoughts of high content, lighting in ourselves a wonderful spiritual light that will guide our actions and our own lives. By developing this spiritual connection, however great may be the difficulties that we may face, we feel strengthened due to "crossing."

- Engaging activities that must be performed during the day, trying to perform them in the best way possible. This dedication will provide a sense of duty well fulfilled.
- When talking with others, select what should or should not be discussed, avoiding misuse of the word. The word has incredible power in our lives and show us the stage we are at in terms of moral and spiritual.
- Practice daily meditation, through which we can connect us spiritually and raise our vibration pattern.
- Do not waste time and energy with readings, radio or television programs that address issues of violence and abuse many.
- Try to keep the organization of our workplaces and homes, which reflect our mental discipline or indiscipline
.- Do not allow yourself fixing thoughts on issues or situations that generate pain in our past or even in this current. By thought we intensify this pain, enhancing it improperly.
