Se o nome de Jesus o toca, sente-se em silêncio e permita que o nome o toque.
De vez em quando, diga silenciosamente 'Jesus' e espere. Isto se tornará um mantra. É como nasce um verdadeiro mantra.
Ninguém lhe pode dar um mantra; você tem que descobrir o que o atrai, o que o toca, o que cria um grande impacto em sua alma.
Se for 'Jesus', ótimo. Sente-se em silêncio, repetindo 'Jesus', espere, e permita que o nome penetre fundo, no mais fundo recôndito do seu ser - permita que chegue ao centro. E deixe acontecer! Se você começar a dançar, ótimo; se começar a chorar, ótimo; se começar a rir, ótimo.

If the name of Jesus touches, sit quietly and allow the name touch.
