Um dia você aprende

 

Depois de algum tempo você aprende a diferença,
a sutil diferença, entre dar a mão e acorrentar uma alma.
E você aprende que amar não significa apoiar-se,e que companhia nem sempre significa segurança.
E começa a aprender que beijos não são contratos
e presentes não são promessas.
E começa a aceitar suas derrotas com a cabeça erguida
e olhos adiante, com a graça de um adulto
e não com a tristeza de uma criança.
E aprende a construir todas as suas estradas no hoje,
porque o terreno do amanhã é incerto demais para os planos, e o futuro tem o costume de cair em meio ao vão.
Depois de um tempo você aprende que o sol queima
se ficar exposto por muito tempo.
E aprende que não importa o quanto você se importe,
algumas pessoas simplesmente não se importam…
E aceita que não importa quão boa seja uma pessoa,
ela vai feri-lo de vez em quando e você precisa perdoá-la por isso.
Aprende que falar pode aliviar dores emocionais.
Descobre que se leva anos para se construir confiança
e apenas segundos para destruí-la, e que você pode fazer coisas em um instante, das quais se arrependerá pelo resto da vida.
Aprende que verdadeiras amizades continuam a crescer mesmo a longas distâncias.
E o que importa não é o que você tem na vida, mas quem você é na vida.
E que bons amigos são a família que nos permitiram escolher.
Aprende que não temos que mudar de amigos

Descobre que as pessoas com quem você mais se importa na vida são tomadas de você muito depressa,
por isso sempre devemos deixar as pessoas que amamos com palavras amorosas, pode ser a última vez que as vejamos.
Aprende que as circunstâncias e os ambientes tem influência sobre nós, mas nós somos responsáveis por nós mesmos.
Começa a aprender que não se deve comparar com os outros, mas com o melhor que você mesmo pode ser.
descobre que se leva muito tempo para se tornar a pessoa que quer ser, e que o tempo é curto.
Aprende que não importa onde já chegou, mas onde está indo,mas se você não sabe para onde está indo,
qualquer lugar serve.
Aprende que, ou você controla seus atos ou eles o controlarão,e que ser flexível não significa ser fraco ou não ter personalidade,pois não importa quão delicada e frágil seja uma situação,sempre existem dois lados.
Aprende que heróis são pessoas que fizeram o que era necessário fazer,enfrentando as conseqüências.
Aprende que paciência requer muita prática.
Descobre que algumas vezes a pessoa que você espera que o chute quando você cai é uma das poucas que o ajudam a levantar-se.
Aprende que maturidade tem mais a ver com os tipos de experiência que se teve e o que você aprendeu com elas do que com quantos aniversários você celebrou.
Aprende que há mais dos seus pais em você do que você supunha.
Aprende que nunca se deve dizer a uma criança que sonhos são bobagens, poucas coisas são tão humilhantes e seria uma tragédia se ela acreditasse nisso.
Aprende que quando está com raiva tem o direito de estar com raiva, mas isso não lhe dá o direito de ser cruel.
Descobre que só porque alguém não o ama do jeito que você quer que ame, não significa que esse alguém não o ama, pois existem pessoas que nos amam,
mas simplesmente não sabem como demonstrar isso.
Aprende que nem sempre é suficiente ser perdoado por alguém, algumas vezes você tem que aprender a perdoar-se a si mesmo.

O Retorno

 

 

Vivemos atualmente em uma era de mudanças que está transformando literalmente cada aspecto de nossas vidas.
É altamente recomendável que sejamos flexíveis e abertos a novas possibilidades.
As experiências que se apresentam a cada um de nós precisam ser vivenciadas, para que possamos desenvolver uma versão mais leve e refinada de nós mesmos. A criação existe por causa do trabalho duro que cada indivíduo faz para melhorar a si mesmo e ao mundo à sua volta.
Viver não é estar em conflito e em competição com os outros. Esta é uma visão falsa da vida.
Viver é uma competição consigo mesmo para vir a ser aquele amor que buscamos nos outros.
É amor sem expectativas.
A vida em si é uma experiência espiritual. O espírito é amor!
Quando permitimos que os medos em nossa mente controlem o coração, não conseguimos mais enxergar claramente, e nossas expressões se tornam poluídas pelo medo ao invés de amor. Isso gera confusão, é claro, mas ao mesmo tempo cria um anseio por um retorno ao amor.
Tal anseio é interpretado como saudade e, de fato, trata-se da voz da sua alma estimulando a mente em desenvolvimento a confiar que o amor não conhece o medo.
Quando nossos pensamentos se tornam mais amorosos e úteis, quando reconsideramos os valores do nosso coração e espírito, quando passamos a ser aquilo que esperamos que os outros sejam, então o sol no coração irrompe, afastando as nuvens do medo presentes na mente.
Quando passamos por essas experiências e aprendemos suas respectivas lições, depositamos finalmente a confiança em nós mesmos e deixamos que o amor nos guie.
O amor é nossa casa e no amor não há separação.
O processo de crescimento até este nível de consciência implica no abandono de infantilidades e de crenças simplistas e ingênuas às quais tantas pessoas se apegam.
A questão é discernir a verdade e a beleza de todas as coisas. Quando sabemos a verdade, logo reconhecemos as trivialidades e armadilhas que as forças das sombras colocaram no nosso caminho para impedir nosso processo de crescimento.
Foi-nos dado livre arbítrio para escolhermos entre servir às sombras que se expressam através do controle, da desonestidade e do medo, ou à luz que se expressa através do amor, da sabedoria e da responsabilidade.
Aqueles que despertam ao ponto de entenderem que há uma escolha encontram-se na viagem de volta à compreensão plena. Eles confiam em seus sentimentos e sabem intuitivamente o que tem valor.
Há um poder silencioso no fundo de nós que nos conecta à nossa essência espiritual.
Quando abrimos conscientemente nossas mentes a esta força divina, somos guiados a nos unirmos ao toda da vida e logo compreendemos por nós mesmos nosso verdadeiro propósito neste planeta incrível.

Life itself is a spiritual experience. The spirit is love!
When we allow the fears in our mind to control the heart can no longer see clearly, and our expressions become polluted by fear rather than love. This creates confusion, of course, but at the same time creates a yearning for a return to love.
This is interpreted as yearning and longing, in fact, it is the voice of your soul stimulating the mind in developing the trust that love knows no fear.

Those who awaken to the point of understanding that there is a choice are on the journey back to full understanding. They trust their feelings and know intuitively what has value.
There is a quiet power deep within us that connects us to our spiritual essence.
When we open our minds consciously to this divine power, we are led to unite the whole of life and soon realize for ourselves our true purpose on this planet amazing.

RESGATANDO A CRIANÇA INTERIOR

Ao realizar a reunião do Evangelho no Lar hoje, após estudar a lição de Bem e Mal Sofrer, senti e visualizei a presença de um ser espiritual que irradiou a sua mensagem sobre o “amor incondicional”, envolvendo-nos a todos que estávamos na citada reunião, com energia de amor absolutamente maravilhosa! Reportando-se ao Cristo, ensina-nos a importância de conquistarmos uma compreensão mais ampla do real significado do amor incondicional em nossas vidas, ele então nos disse: ”o amor é simplesmente amor, não precisa de justificativas, não se ofende, não se magoa, compreende, ampara, doa-se de si próprio ao semelhante, cuida, dedica-se, alimenta e sacia a sede e fome do próximo! Comparar-se-ia o amor ao sol que irradia para toda a humanidade, aquecendo os corações aflitos, iluminando o caminhar de todos, guiando os passos de cada ser que se encontra neste planeta ainda de sofrimentos e lágrimas. Deixem-se serem guiados pela força do amor do Cristo e vocês jamais serão os mesmos...

O seu amor se expressou não apenas através das palavras, mas numa linguagem sublime que se irradia naturalmente, apenas pela sua presença.

Então me lembrei da criança que existe em cada um de nós, mas que ao longo do tempo perdemos esse contato com ela, envolvidos com tantas coisas que ocupam as nossas mentes atribuladas. Fica aqui uma reflexão: que tal resgatarmos gestos simples, que fazem a grande diferença em nossas vidas:

. Permitir-se sorrir, sem bloqueios ou receios;
. abraçar as pessoas que queremos bem;
. falar espontaneamente, com naturalidade;
. valorizar o momento atual, vivenciando-o em todas as perspectivas;
. chorar, quando sentir vontade;
. não guardar mágoas ou ressentimentos;
. não alimentar preconceitos contra quem quer que seja;
. demonstrar a alegria interior, nos menores detalhes;
. valorizar o que deve ser valorizado;
. não valorizar o que não deve ser valorizado, ao alimentar sentimentos perturbadores como tristeza, melancolia, dúvidas, amargura, descrédito, desconfiança ... considerando a transitoriedade desta vida;
. materializar o amor, através de pequeninos gestos de delicadeza, atenção e compreensão.

Enfim, “permitir-se ser feliz”, mesmo vivenciando dificuldades no seu cotidiano.

ARREBATAMENTO

 

 

 

Na sessão de acupuntura de hoje (13.11.2012), após a aplicação das agulhas, senti uma sensação de tranquilidade e paz gradativamente. A respiração foi lentamente se tranquilizando e aos poucos fui sentindo desprender-me do corpo. Vi uma claridade intensificando-se aos poucos e uma estrela surge, simplesmente maravilhosa, encantando-me!

Ao meu lado encontrava-se o meu guia espiritual (Luis Carlos), o qual chamou-me carinhosamente de “minha filha”. Ao vê-lo, senti uma grande alegria, por saber que ele sempre me acompanhava nestes tratamentos. Ele me trouxe um espírito de uma mulher que estava com seu filho nos braços. Ao olhar para ela, percebi o quanto estava com um semblante “desfigurado e extremamente angustiado”. Ela começou a blasfemar contra Deus, dizendo que havia sido abandonada por ele e que não acreditava na misericórdia divina. Calmamente falei que ela era muito amada e que a vida dela se modificaria a partir daquele instante. Comecei então a emanar amor para ela, pacificando aos poucos o seu coração. Serenamente olhei fixamente nos seus olhos, irradiando o meu magnetismo e aos poucos o seu semblante foi se modificando. Então ela começou a chorar copiosamente e meu coração se encheu de compaixão para com a intensidade de sua dor. A abracei carinhosamente e beijei a sua fronte, orei a Deus por ela e a entreguei a Luis Carlos, o qual falou-me que eu teria a oportunidade na tarde de hoje de ver o mesmo espírito que se apresentara na Reunião do Evangelho no Lar, sendo este um verdadeiro presente para mim.

O referido espírito surge à minha frente e me diz o seguinte: você é uma estrela que alguns desejam alcançá-la, seu amor brilha intensamente e atrai os que lhe acompanham os passos. Terás uma longa trajetória a ser percorrida, com alguns “percalços”, mas segue adiante. És muito amada pelo mestre Jesus, continue a propagar os seus ensinamentos! Ele mandou que eu olhasse para os seus olhos, os quais refletiam um imenso amor e serenidade, passou então ele a irradiar do seu coração uma luz de cor amarela que me envolveu completamente. Um sentimento de felicidade profundo passei a sentir, num verdadeiro arrebatamento espiritual! Perdi completamente a noção do tempo e não sentia absolutamente o meu corpo tamanho o êxtase que estava a vivenciar. Emoções “sublimes” senti nesses momentos que se eternizaram na minha mente, perguntei-lhe como deveria chamá-lo, ele me diz que poderia sempre evocá-lo pelo nome de Miguel, quando então Dr. Carlos adentra-se no santuário. Estava totalmente imersa na irradiação de amor que emanava daquele espírito sublime e não retornei ao corpo com facilidade, sentindo o difícil retorno ao corpo material denso!

Encontro-me ainda impregnada pelas emoções que senti nesta vivência e pergunto-me o que posso fazer para corresponder tanta dedicação e carinho que tenho recebido espiritualmente, considerando ser o meu espírito ainda tão pequeno diante do que recebo. Tenho a noção da minha estatura moral e ajoelho-me diante do Cristo, depositando em suas mãos a minha vida, no sentido de buscar incessantemente a clareza das idéias e o entendimento de seus chamamentos!

 

 

RAPTURE

The lovingly hugged and kissed his forehead, I prayed to God for her and handed Luis Carlos, who told me that I would have the opportunity this afternoon to see the same spirit that had presented at the Meeting of the Gospel in the Home, and this a true gift to me.That spirit comes before me and tells me this: you're a star that some wish to reach it, your love shines bright and attracts to him accompany the steps. You will have a long journey to be traveled, with a few "mishaps", but go ahead. You are very loved by the Master Jesus, continue to propagate his teachings! He told me to look into his eyes, which reflected an immense love and serenity, so he went to radiate from your heart a light yellow color that completely enveloped me. A deep feeling of happiness I feel in a true spiritual rapture! Completely lost track of time and felt absolutely not my body size ecstasy that was experiencing. Emotions "sublime" I felt in those moments that became eternal in my mind, I asked him how it should call him, he tells me he could always evoke it by the name of Miguel, whereupon Dr. Carlos enters into the sanctuary. I was totally immersed in the radiation of love emanating from that sublime spirit and not returned to the body with ease, feeling the hard dense material return to the body!

 I find myself still impregnated by emotions I felt this experience and I wonder what can I do to match such dedication and affection that I have received spiritually, considering that my spirit is still so small before I get. I realize my moral stature and kneel before Christ, placing his hands on my life, always looking towards the clarity of ideas and understanding of their callings!

Aprende com o silêncio a respeitar a sua vida e a vida do outro, a valorizar o seu dia e o dia do outro.
Aprende com o silêncio a enxergar em você as qualidades que você possui, mas também a enxergar as qualidades de quem está ao seu lado.
Aprende principalmente a equilibrar os seus defeitos, aqueles você sabe que tem e sabe que precisa corrigir.
Aprende com o silêncio a enxergar aqueles defeitos que você ainda não descobriu, mas que está aí.
Aprende com o silêncio a relaxar, mesmo no pior trânsito, na maior cobrança, na briga acalorada, na discussão entre família....

Aprende com o silêncio que apenas ouvir é bem melhor do que muito falar.

Na natureza tudo acontece com o poder do silêncio, com o silêncio poderoso. Por vezes o silêncio é confundido com fraqueza, apatia e indiferença.
Pensa-se que a pessoa portadora dessa virtude está impedida de reclamar seus direitos e deve tolerar com passividade todos os abusos.
Acredita-se que silêncio não combina com o poder e o poder tem sido confundido com prepotência e violência.

Na natureza vamos encontrar lições precisas a nos dizer que o verdadeiro poder anda de mãos dadas com a quietude.
O Sol nasce e se põe em profunda quietude, move gigantescos sistemas planetários, acaricia a pétala de uma rosa sem a ferir, beija a face de uma criança adormecida sem acorda-la.
As estrelas e as galáxias descrevem as suas órbitas com estupenda velocidade pelas via inexploradas do cosmos e nunca deu sinal de sua presença pelo mais leve ruído.
O oxigênio poderoso mantenedor da vida, penetra em nossos pulmões, circula discreto pelo nosso corpo e nem notamos a sua presença.

A luz, a vida e o espírito, os maiores poderes do universo, atuam com a suavidade de uma aparente ausência.
Com os domínios da natureza, o verdadeiro poder do homem não consiste em atos de violência física.

Quando um homem conquista o verdadeiro poder, toda a antiga violência acaba em benevolência.
A violência e a agressão é sinal de fraqueza.
A benevolência é sinal de início de poder.

Grandes mestres sabem ser severos e rigorosos, sem renegarem a mais perfeita quietude e benevolência. Deus que é o supremo poder, age com tamanha quietude que a maioria dos homens nem percebem a Sua Ação.

Essa poderosa força, na qual todos nós estamos mergulhados, mantém o universo em movimento, faz pulsar o coração dos pássaros, dos bandidos e das pessoas de bem, na mais perfeita leveza.
