Delegados da ONU aprovam pacto sobre clima

Países que participam da conferência do clima da Organização das Nações Unidas (ONU) em Varsóvia chegaram a um consenso sobre um dos pilares de um ambicioso pacto a ser assinado em 2015 em Paris. O projeto é uma aposta para evitar um aquecimento global ainda mais rigoroso nos próximos anos e obrigar todos os países do mundo para a redução de emissões de gases de efeito estufa a partir da queima de carvão, petróleo e gás.

Quase 24 horas após o fim do prazo inicial da conferência, o plenário aprovou um texto com modificações, debatido em regime de emergência. Durante a noite de sexta-feira, delegados trabalharam para chegar a um projeto de acordo sobre o caminho a ser seguido. Mais tarde, neste sábado, no encontro de encerramento da sessão da conferência, os delegados aprovaram o projeto.

Os participantes da conferência avançaram em relação a um programa para reduzir o desmatamento em países em desenvolvimento. Por outro lado, os delegados não chegaram a um acordo sobre a criação de um mecanismo de compensação para "perdas e danos" com mudanças climáticas futuras, consideradas "inevitáveis" por países vulneráveis a catástrofes ambientais. A demanda ganhou força após a passagem do tufão Hayian pelas Filipinas e é uma das principais bandeiras de países insulares.

As novidades também atingem a questão de financiamentos climáticos. Países ricos se comprometeram a ajudar as nações em desenvolvimento no sentido de tornar suas economias mais "verdes" e na adaptação a partir do aumento nos níveis dos oceanos, desertificação e outros impactos climáticos. Bilhões de dólares já foram distribuídos para financiamentos climáticos nos últimos anos.

Disputas envolvendo a ajuda sobre o clima para países pobres ofuscaram a conferência na Polônia e marcaram os debates, que duraram duas semanas. Países desenvolvidos e em desenvolvimento entraram em conflito desde o início das negociações, em 11 de novembro, para estabelecer as bases para o novo pacto. Os participantes da conferência em Varsóvia, porém, consideram que todos devem aderir às decisões tomadas.

Um dos observadores do diálogo, Alden Meyer, da Union of Concerned Scientists, chegou a afirmar que "as conversas estavam à beira de um colapso". Em discussões sobre compromissos futuros para reduzir as emissões de carbono, China e Índia insistiram em um texto que manteria um "muro" entre países ricos e pobres sobre os compromissos para redução nas emissões de gases - algo que Estados Unidos e outros países de economia avançada querem se livrar.

"Todo o exercício não tem como objetivo criar um novo regime climático", afirmou o negociador chinês Su Wei durante uma das sessões. A delegação da China aponta que históricos de emissões de gases não estão sendo levados em conta. "Apenas países desenvolvidos deveriam ter compromissos", afirmou Wei. Ele destacou ainda que economias emergentes precisam meramente "aprimorar ações".

O enviado norte-americano Todd Stern questionou se a declaração chinesa representava que o país não estava pronto para levar adiante os compromissos do novo acordo. "Espero estar errado sobre o que ouvi, mas certamente seria frustrante dar um passo atrás em vez de avançar para Paris", destacou. Nações ocidentais insistem que as economias emergentes devem fazer a sua parte, principalmente ao considerar que a China é, atualmente, a nação com maior índice de emissão de dióxido de carbono (CO2), com a Índia em quarto lugar, atrás de Estados Unidos e países europeus.

Essa é uma questão fundamental que tem "atormentado" o processo de negociações climáticas da ONU desde sua concepção, há 18 anos. Nações emergentes, com grande parte de seu desenvolvimento apoiada na queima de combustíveis fósseis, apontam o longo histórico de emissões de gases por países do Ocidente como uma das razões para os perigos que o planeta corre atualmente. Countries participating in the climate of the United Nations ( UN) conference in Warsaw reached a consensus on one of the pillars of an ambitious pact to be signed in 2015 in Paris . The project is a bid to avoid an even harsher global warming in the coming years and to oblige all countries of the world to reduce emissions of greenhouse gases from the burning of coal, oil and gas .


 Almost 24 hours after the end of the initial period of the conference , the plenary adopted a text with modifications discussed in emergency . During the night of Friday, delegates worked to reach a draft agreement on the way forward . Later on Saturday , the meeting 's closing session of the conference , delegates approved the project.


 Conference participants moved toward a program to reduce deforestation in developing countries . Moreover , the delegates did not reach an agreement on the establishment of a mechanism of compensation for " damages " with future climate change , considered " inevitable " for countries vulnerable to environmental disasters . The demand gained momentum after the typhoon Hayian the Philippines and is one of the main goals for island countries .


 The news also reached the issue of climate finance . Rich countries have pledged to help developing nations in making their "greener " economies and adaptation from the rise in sea levels , desertification and other climate impacts . Billions of dollars have been allocated to climate finance in recent years .


 Disputes involving climate to help poor countries overshadowed the conference in Poland and tagged debates , which lasted two weeks. Developed and developing countries clashed from the start of negotiations , on November 11 , to lay the foundation for the new pact. The participants of the conference in Warsaw , however, believe that everyone should adhere to the decisions taken .


 One observer dialogue , Alden Meyer , the Union of Concerned Scientists, even said that " the talks were on the verge of collapse ." In discussions on future commitments to reduce carbon emissions , China and India insisted on a text that would maintain a "wall " between rich and poor on commitments to reduce greenhouse gas emissions in the country - something that the United States and other countries of advanced economy want to get rid of.


 " The whole exercise is not meant to create a new climate regime ," said the Chinese negotiator Su Wei during one of the sessions . The Chinese delegation points out that historical greenhouse gas emissions are not being taken into account. " Only developed countries should have commitments ," said Wei . He also pointed out that emerging economies need merely " enhance actions."


 The U.S. envoy Todd Stern questioned whether the Chinese statement represented that the country was not ready to carry forward the commitments of the new agreement . " I hope I'm wrong about it, but I would certainly be frustrating to step back instead of moving to Paris ," he said . Western nations insist that emerging economies need to do their part , especially when considering that China is currently the nation with the highest emissions of carbon dioxide (CO2) , with India in fourth place , behind the United States and European countries .

O livro Transcendência contém relatos fidedignos de vivências ocorridas durante o tratamento da acupuntura, quando em desdobramento realizo viagens ao mundo espiritual e entro em contato com espíritos de diversas localidades, os quais me trazem profundos ensinamentos sobre espiritualidade, transformação interior, utilização de energias espirituais. Durante o evento, também lançamos os livros Esperança, Fé, Coragem e Caridade, todos estão a venda na livraria Cultura do Shopping Rio Mar.

The book contains Transcendence credible reports of experiences that occurred during acupuncture treatment when unfolding realize travel to the spirit world and I contact spirits from different locations, which brings me profound teachings on spirituality, inner transformation, use of spiritual energies. During the event, we also launched the Hope, Faith, Courage and Charity books, all are for sale at the bookstore Culture Shopping Rio Mar.

Após a aplicação das agulhas (22.11.2013), em desdobramento, fui levada a uma região no mundo espiritual desconhecida, um pavilhão para mulheres que se desviaram da sexualidade. Meu guia espiritual (Luis Carlos) me explicou que aqueles espíritos de mulheres tinham pontos em comum: desvio da própria sexualidade quando encarnadas. Apresenta-me então um caso de uma mulher com uma aparência bastante envelhecida, em decorrência de ter usado suas energias sexuais apenas para atrair os homens, sem nenhum vínculo de responsabilidade ou mesmo amor por eles, mas sim pelo prazer de conquistá-los! Vejo-a quando era jovem e comparo-a com a sua realidade atual, incrível o seu envelhecimento precoce e o quanto seus erros na área sexual a prejudicou espiritualmente. Estava ainda numa condição de alienação mental, sem poder sequer conversar conosco. Passamos ao 2º caso, no qual uma mulher de aparência ainda jovem se contorcia de dor na maca. Foi explicado que ela sofrera vários estupros por parte do seu padrasto e que no último cometeu aborto, vindo a desencarnar prematuramente em decorrência do Um profundo sentimento de compaixão senti por ela e lhe apliquei um passe para ajuda-la a dormir. No terceiro caso fiquei ainda mais impressionada, uma mulher apresentava u olhar vitrificado, sem conseguir olhar para quem quer que seja, apenas fixado num ponto. Foi explicado que ela se auto-hipnotizara embevecida pela própria beleza e que infelizmente utilizara essa beleza para conquistar o sexo oposto, sem nenhum tipo de vinculação afetiva, mergulhada estava em si mesma! Perguntei então o que podíamos fazer e Luis Carlos me responde que infelizmente no momento nada poderíamos fazer, seria necessário o tempo para que ela pudesse sair daquele estado despertando para a própria realidade, contudo, estava amparada naquela localidade. O pavilhão era enorme, repleto de mulheres nas condições mais variadas e uma delas também me chamou atenção por estar totalmente enfaixada da cabeça aos pés. Mas não tivemos tempo para ver outros casos. Fui então levada para uma sala de aula na qual o professor estava a dar uma aula sobre sexualidade. Muitos espíritos estavam ali como estudantes. Foi mostrada uma imagem na qual refletia a relação das energias espirituais com a questão da moralidade. Primeira imagem mostrou que as energias sexuais bem utilizadas poderiam fazer com o corpo fluídico. A glândula pineal  apresentava uma luminosidade mais ou menos intensificada. A segunda imagem mostrava uma imagem na qual o ser utilizava suas energias sexuais da forma mais irresponsável possível. A glândula pineal apresentava fraca luminosidade e as energias sexuais apresentava-se totalmente irregular em suas emanações ao longo do corpo. Então o professor nos solicita que fechemos os olhos e nos concentremos em nossas energias sexuais. Aos poucos sinto que através da concentração, essas energias emitem luz própria. Em seguida ele nos solicita abrir os olhos e me impressiona a luz diferenciada da turma. Ele então pergunta quem gostaria de dar algum depoimento sobre o assunto, levanto a minha mão e ele me chama. Diante dele falo que sempre o meu maior desejo era amar e ser amada. Ele fixa nos meus olhos e diz que em primeiro lugar deveria amar a Deus, permitindo que esse amor me preenchesse intimamente para que depois pudesse verdadeiramente ter condições de amar incondicionalmente o meu próximo! Ele me olha compenetrado e diz que possuo uma estrela na minha fronte e que esse estrela revela que posso ampliar minhas energias sexuais. Pergunto-lhe como e ele me responde: exercite a verdade, a disciplina e o amor! Mostra-me a seguir um objeto semelhante a um pêndulo no qual tem uma estrela de cristal simplesmente linda. Diz que essa estrela é feita do mais puro cristal que existe e solicita que me fixe na estrela. Olho para ela e ela começa a irradiar luz para mim. Ele me diz que à medida que eu ampliasse a minha condição de amar minha energias sexuais seriam ampliadas em direção ao pai. Solicita então que volte ao corpo, assim o fiz. Deitada na maca, vejo a luz azul irradiando do alto para mim,  começando pela cabeça e indo gradativamente percorrendo para todo o meu corpo.Assim finaliza-se a vivência!

 

After application of the needles ( 11/22/2013 ) , unfolding , I was taken to an unknown region in the spiritual world , a pavilion for women who have strayed sexuality . My spiritual guide ( Luis Carlos ) explained that the spirits of those women had in common : diversion of his own sexuality when embodied . Then presents me a case of a woman with a rather aged appearance , as a result of having used their sexual energy just to attract men , without any bond of responsibility or even love for them , but for the sake of winning them ! I see it when I was young and compare it with your current , your amazing reality about aging and their errors in the sexual area harmed spiritually . Was still naked condition of insanity , unable to even talk to us . We spent the 2nd case in which a woman looks still young writhed in pain on the stretcher . It was explained that she had suffered multiple rapes by her stepfather and that the last commit abortion, disembodied been prematurely due to a deep sense of compassion I felt for her and applied a pass to help her sleep . In the third case I was even more impressed , a woman had u look glazed , unable to look at anyone , just a fixed point . It was explained that it self- hypnotized enraptured by the beauty of its own and that unfortunately had used this beauty to conquer the opposite sex without any emotional attachment , was steeped in itself ! I then asked what we could do and Luis Carlos answered me that unfortunately at the moment we do nothing , we would need the time so she could get out of that state awakening to reality itself , however, was supported in that locality . The pavilion was huge , full of women in various conditions and one of them also drew my attention to be fully bandaged from head to toe . But we did not have time to see more cases . I was then taken to a classroom where the teacher was giving a lesson on sexuality. Many spirits were there as students . An image that reflected the relationship of spiritual energies to the issue of morality was shown . First image showed that sexual energies well used could cause the fluidic body . The pineal gland showed a more or less enhanced brightness. The second picture showed an image in which their sexual energies to be used in the most irresponsible way possible . The pineal gland was dimly lit and the sexual energies had been completely erratic in its emanations throughout the body. Then the teacher asks us to close our eyes and focus on our sexual energies . Gradually I feel that by concentrating these energies emit their own light . Then he asks us to open our eyes and impresses me the light of different class . He then asks who would like to say a few words on the subject , I raise my hand and he calls me . Before him speak always my greatest desire was to love and be loved . He fixed my eyes and says that first there should love God allowing this love fill me closely so that later could truly be able to unconditionally love my neighbor ! He looks at me and says that I have compenetrado a star on my forehead and that this star shows that can expand my sexual energies . I ask him how he answers me : exercise truth , discipline and love ! Show me follow a similar object in which a pendulum has a simply beautiful crystal star . Says that this star is made of purest crystal that exists and asks me to fix the star . I look at her and she begins to radiate light for me . He tells me that as I broaden my condition to love my sexual energies would be extended toward the father. Calls then come back to the body , so I did . Lying on the stretcher , I see the blue light radiating from the top for me , starting with the head and going gradually traversing all my corpo. Ends up the experience !

 

 

Após a aplicação das agulhas (19.11.2013), vi-me em desdobramento numa região inóspita do plano espiritual, local onde estive antes numa outra vivência. Então me aparece um espírito oriental que eu já conheço e ele solicita que eu olhe para a pirâmide de cristal, de uma beleza  impressionante, totalmente translúcida. Ao olhar a pirâmide, percebo que ela começa e emitir uma energia com várias cores. Mas essa energia não se amplia. Então o espírito fixa o olhar na pirâmide e a energia começa a se ampiiar num quadro belo de se observar. O espírito fala comparando a minha capacidade atual de amar e o quanto eu deveria ampliar essa capacidade, proporcionalmente à amplitude do meu próprio amor. Ele me diz que eu teria essa capacidade de ampliação e que isso ocorreria naturalmente! Novamente ele me pede que fixe o meu olhar na pirâmide e ao fixar, ele também fixa o seu olhar e sai dela uma energia direcionada à pirâmide, a qual passa a emitir a mesma energia para mim e é direcionada  para o meu chácara frontal. Incrível e inesperada a cena. Então surge um xamã que passa algumas ervas sobre mim e me envolve com uma fumaça que segundo ele,. são curativas. O espírito oriental manda que eu volte para o corpo e quando me vejo deitada uma luz azul passa lentamente a me envolver começando pela cabeça e se estendendo ao corpo inteiro, de forma gradativa.

 

After application of the needles ( 11/19/2013 ) , I found myself in an inhospitable region of the unfolding spiritual plane , where I was living before in another . Then it asks me a spirit oriental I already know and it prompts me to look at the crystal pyramid , a stunning beauty , totally translucent . Looking at the pyramid , I realize that it begins with an energy and emit various colors . But this energy does not stretch . Then the spirit stares at the pyramid and the energy starts ampiiar a beautiful picture to watch. The spirit speaks comparing my current capacity to love and how much I should expand this capacity in proportion to the extent of my own love. He tells me that I have this ability to expand and that occur naturally ! Again he asks me to fix my gaze on the pyramid and secure , it also fixed his gaze and leaves it to the directed energy pyramid, which starts emitting the same energy is directed to me and to my farm front . Amazing and unexpected scene . Then comes a shaman who passes some herbs on me and surrounds me with a smoke which he said . are healing . The eastern spirit sends me back to the body and when I am lying a blue light passes slowly getting involved starting at the head and extending to the whole body , gradually .
