Ministério da Integração Nacional visita a Ouvidoria Geral do Estado de Pernambuco
O ouvidor geral do Ministério da Integração Nacional, Marcelo Andrade e o coordenador Alexandre Iglesias visitaram a Ouvidoria Geral do Estado - OGE em 28.11.2012. Na ocasião, foi feita uma breve retrospectiva pela ouvidora geral do Estado, Karla Júlia Marcelino quanto ao processo de estruturação e consolidação da Rede de Ouvidorias do Poder Executivo Estadual. Foram recepcionados também pelo secretário da Controladoria Geral do Estado, Djalmo Leão o qual expôs o processo de implantação da Lei de Acesso à Informação – LAI no Estado de Pernambuco.
Marcelo Andrade elogiou o trabalho desenvolvido junto à Rede de Ouvidores do Estado, tendo inclusive parabenizado as publicações lançadas pela OGE: a Revista Científica, que tem como objetivo a reflexão teórica acerca de práticas institucionais, pioneira em âmbito nacional; a Revista uma Rede a Serviço da Cidadania, onde apresenta o registro do processo de construção e implantação das Ouvidorias e a Cartilha de Assédio Moral, lançada em outubro de 2011 que orienta sobre os prejuízos causados por condutas profissionais abusivas e vexatórias, ambos estão disponíveis no site da OGE eletronicamente.
O Ministério da Integração Nacional, representado pelo ouvidor demonstrou interesse em estabelecer intercâmbio com a Ouvidoria Geral no próximo ano, através do compartilhamento de experiências e palestras sobre os temas relativos à área de Ouvidoria.
Ministry of National Integration Ombudsman visit to the State of Pernambuco
The Ombudsman General of the Ministry of National Integration, Marcelo Andrade and engineer Alexandre Iglesias visited the Ombudsman's Office of the State - OGE on 28/11/2012. At the time, there was a brief review by the state ombudsman general, Karla Julia Marcelino about the process of restructuring and consolidation of the Network of Ombudsmen of the State Executive Branch. Were also approved by the Secretary of State's Comptroller General, Djalmo Lion which explained the process of implementing the Law on Access to Information - LAI in the State of Pernambuco.
Marcelo Andrade praised the work done by the Network of Ombudsmen of the State, having also congratulated the publications released by OGE: a Scientific Journal, which aims to theoretical reflection of institutional practices, pioneering nationwide; Magazine to a Network Service Citizenship, which has the record of the construction and deployment of the Ombudsman and the Primer Moral Harassment, launched in October 2011 that provides guidance on the damage caused by improper professional conduct and vexatious, both are available electronically on the website of GBS.
The National Integration Ministry, represented by the ombudsman has shown interest in setting exchange with the Ombudsman's office next year, by sharing experiences and lectures on topics relating to the Ombudsman area.
