SENAC E SESC recebem orientações da OGE sobre implantação de Ouvidoria

  

A Ouvidoria Geral do Estado recebeu a visita técnica dos responsáveis pela implantação das Ouvidorias do SESC e SENAC. O objetivo da visita foi receber orientações técnicas para o processo de implantação de uma Ouvidoria.

Na ocasião a ouvidora Geral, Karla Júlia Marcelino, distribuiu material de orientação contendo o check-list das atividades necessárias ao processo de implantação. O senhor Alexandro Rodrigues representante do SENAC e o ouvidor do SESC já nomeado José Fernando P.S. Filho elaborarão o Plano de Trabalho, baseados nas orientações da OGE para implantação da Ouvidoria nas respectivas organizações.

And SENAC SESC receive guidance on implementation of OGE Ombudsman

The Ombudsman's Office received the visit of the state responsible for the technical implementation of the Ombudsman and the SESC SENAC. The purpose of the visit was to receive technical guidance for the deployment process of an Ombudsman.

At the time the Ombudsman General, Julia Karla Marcelino, distributed guidance material containing the check-list of activities necessary to the deployment process. Mr. Alexandro Rodrigues representative SENAC ombudsman and the SESC has appointed José Fernando PS Son prepare the Work Plan, based on guidelines from the state budget for implementation of the Ombudsman in their respective organizations.
