O QUE É ESPIRITUALIDADE?

Espiritualidade não é uma religião, não é uma doutrina, não é o sacerdócio, não é uma crença e nem uma opinião.

Espiritualidade é um modo de vida, é um estado de espírito, é uma abertura mental, é uma aspiração à

transcendência.

Espiritualidade é sentir arder uma chama interior que ilumina nosso caminho no caos e nas trevas que vivemos no mundo.

Espiritualidade é a confiança expressa nas palavras “Ainda que eu ande pelo vale da sombra e da morte, nada temerei.”

Espiritualidade é entender que somos como crianças tomando uma vacina, que machuca muito na hora, negamos, gritamos e esperneamos, mas que depois imuniza nosso espírito.

Espiritualidade é ir além, é a consciência de que a vida não se encerra na morte, de que é preciso haver continuidade dentro da descontinuidade. De que tudo que começa, termina; tudo que nasce, morre; tudo que vai, volta. De que para cada problema há uma solução, para cada lágrima derramada há sempre um consolo e para cada perda há sempre um ganho.

Espiritualidade é reconhecer um propósito em todas as coisas, e recusar a existência da sorte, do azar e do acaso. É ter paciência e confiar que, um dia, o significado de tudo será desvendado.

Espiritualidade é dar de si mesmo, é renunciar ao pequeno para obter algo maior, é abdicar de nossas pequenas posses para ganhar tudo o que sempre nos pertenceu. É fazer das florestas do mundo nosso jardim, é fazer do céu o nosso teto, é fazer dos mares e rios a nossa piscina, é fazer da Terra a nossa casa. É cuidar do tudo, de cada ser e coisa, e não apenas de nossos escassos bens terrenos.

Espiritualidade é ver por dentro, é não se deixar levar pelas aparências, é reconhecer o essencial em cada mínimo aspecto da vida, é satisfazer-se com pouco para obter muito, é rasgar o véu da ilusão e desejar entender o mistério da vida.

Espiritualidade é pedir pouco e agradecer muito. É dar muito e nada pedir em troca. É fazer sem esperar retribuições. É perdoar, é arrepender-se, é refazer, é renovar, é reaprender a ver o mundo e a si mesmo.

Espiritualidade é fazer do seu professor o lírio do campo, as árvores ao vento, a tempestade nebulosa, o orvalho numa flor, a borboleta esvoaçando, o rio fluindo, os pássaros cantando. É aprender com a mais insignificante criatura.

Espiritualidade é deixar o humano morrer para o divino nascer. É trazer o céu para a Terra. É viver na Terra o céu que desejamos após a morte. É debruçar-se no inferno resgatando as almas perdidas e errantes. É ser uma luz no meio da escuridão.

Espiritualidade é dormir quando se tem sono, é comer quando se tem fome, é olhar a montanha e ver a montanha, é molhar as mãos no rio e sentir o frescor das águas, é ver aquilo que está ali, é não intelectualizar tudo, é sentir a essência das coisas e mergulhar na essência da vida.

Espiritualidade é estender a mão aos que sofrem, é dar conforto aos que choram, é dar abrigo aos sem teto, é dar conselhos aqueles que se perderam, é esclarecer aqueles que têm dúvidas, é dar de si mesmo em prol de todos, é fazer o bem pelo bem, é morrer pela verdade para renascer na plenitude.

Espiritualidade é dispensar as palavras e os discursos fúteis e navegar nas paragens do silêncio interior. É aprender a ouvir a vida, a ouvir a si mesmo, a diminuir a corrente dos pensamentos, é tranquilizar o turbilhão das emoções, é fazer circular as energias, é deixar tudo fluir.

Espiritualidade é viver na simplicidade, naturalidade e na espontaneidade. É libertar-se de tudo o que é passageiro, perecível, transitório. É mergulhar na vida sem medo, sem travas, sem amarras, sem correntes, sem bloqueios. É viver, e apenas viver, sentindo a vida como ela é. É não precisar de nada, não depender de coisa alguma, não se deixar influenciar pelas marés agitadas da confusão.

Espiritualidade é libertação, é humildade, é fé, é amor e é esperança.

WHAT IS SPIRITUALITY?
 
Spirituality is not a religion, is not a doctrine, not the priesthood, there is a belief and not an opinion.

 Spirituality is a way of life, is a state of mind is an open mind, is an aspiration to transcendence.

 Spirituality is a flame burning feeling inside that illuminates our path of chaos and darkness that we live in the world.

 Spirituality is the confidence expressed in the words "Though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear nothing."Spirituality is to understand who we are as children taking a vaccine, it hurts too much time, deny, cry and esperneamos but then immunizes our spirit.

 Spirituality is beyond, is the awareness that life does not end in death, that there must be continuity within discontinuity. That everything that begins, ends, everything that is born, dies, everything that goes around comes around. That for every problem there is a solution for every tear shed there is always a comfort and every loss there is always a gain.

 Spirituality is recognizing a purpose in all things, and refuse the existence of luck, luck and chance. You have patience and trust that one day, the meaning of all will be unraveled.

 Spirituality is to give of yourself, you give up little to get something bigger, is an abdication of our small possessions to win everything always belonged. It is the world's forests do our garden, making the sky is our roof, is to make the seas and rivers, our pool is to make the Earth our home. You take care of everything, of every thing, and not only of our scarce land assets.

 Spirituality is seeing inside, is not to be swayed by appearances, is to recognize the essential minimum in each aspect of life, is satisfied with very little to get it is to rip the veil of illusion and desire to understand the mystery of life.

 Spirituality is just ask and thank. You give so much and ask for nothing in return. You do not expect retribution. It is forgiving, is regret, is to remake, to renew, is relearning to see the world and yourself.

 Spirituality is to make your teacher the lily of the field, the trees the wind, the storm nebula, the dew on a flower, a butterfly flitting, flowing river, the birds singing. You learn from the most insignificant creature.

 Spirituality is to let the dying human to the divine birth. You bring heaven to earth. You live on earth Heaven we wish after death. You dwell in hell and rescuing lost souls wandering. It is a light in the darkness.

 Spirituality is sleeping when sleepy, is to eat when hungry, is to look at the mountain and see the mountain, is to wet your hands in the river and feel the coolness of the water, is to see what is there, is not intellectualize everything is feel the essence of things and soak in the essence of life.

 Spirituality is reaching out to those who suffer, is to give comfort to those who mourn, is to give shelter to the homeless, is giving advice those who are lost, it is clear those who have doubts, you give yourself the benefit of all, is to good for good is to die for the truth to be reborn in the fullness.

 Spirituality is to dispense words and futile speeches and navigate the stops of inner silence. You learn to listen to life, listen to yourself, to reduce the stream of thoughts, is to reassure the whirlwind of emotions, is circulating the energies, is to let everything flow.

 Spirituality is living in simplicity, naturalness and spontaneity. It's free himself of all that is transitory, perishable, transient. You dive into life without fear, without locks, no strings attached, no chains, no locks. It's live, and just live, feeling the life as it is. You do not need anything, do not depend on anything, do not be influenced by the tides of agitated confusion.

 Spirituality is liberation, is humility, faith is, it is love and hope.
