FIRMEZA DA FÉ

 

 

"E os que estão sobre a pedra,
estes são os que, ouvindo a palavra,
a recebem com alegria; mas, como
não têm raiz, apenas crêem por
algum tempo, e, na época da tentação,
se desviam." - Jesus. (Lucas, 8:13.)

A palavra “pedra”, entre nós, costuma simbolizar rigidez e impedimento; no entanto, convém não esquecer que Jesus, de vez em quando, a ela recorria para significar a firmeza. Pedro foi chamado pelo Mestre, certa vez, a “rocha viva da fé”.
O Evangelho de Lucas fala-nos daqueles que estão sobre pedra, os quais receberão a palavra com alegria, mas que, por ausência de raiz, caem, fatalmente, na época das tentações.

Não são poucos os que estranham essa promessa de tentações, que, aliás, devem ser consideradas como experiências imprescindíveis.

Na organização doméstica, os pais cuidarão excessivamente dos filhos, em pequeninos, mas a demasia de ternura é imprópria no tempo em que necessitam demonstrar o esforço de si mesmos.

O chefe de serviço ensinará os auxiliares novos com paciência e, depois, exigirá, com justiça, expressões de trabalho próprio.

Reconhecemos, assim, pelo apontamento de Lucas, que nas experiências religiosas não é aconselhável repousar alguém sobre a firmeza espiritual dos outros; enquanto o imprevidente descansa em bases estranhas, provavelmente estará tranqüilo, mas, se não possui raízes de segurança em si mesmo, desviar-se-á nas épocas difíceis, com a finalidade de procurar alicerces alheios.

Tudo convida o homem ao trabalho de seu aperfeiçoamento e iluminação.

Respeitemos a firmeza de fé, onde ela existir, mas não olvidemos a edificação da nossa, para a vitória estável.

FIRMLY OF FAITH

The word "rock" among us often symbolize rigidity and hindrance, however, must not forget that Jesus, on occasion, resorted to it to signify the firmness. Peter was called by the Master, once the "bedrock of faith."
The Gospel of Luke tells us of those who are unturned, who will receive the word with joy, but for lack of roots, fall, fatally, in the time of temptation.

There are few who find it strange that promise of temptations, which, incidentally, should be considered as essential experiences.

In domestic organization, the parents take care of the children too, in little, but too much tenderness is improper at the time they need to show the effort themselves.

The Head of Service will teach new assistants patiently and then require justly expressions work itself.

We recognize, as well, by the appointment of Luke, in which religious experiences is not advisable to stand on someone other spiritual firmness, while resting on the improvident foreign bases will probably be quiet, but if no security has roots in itself divert It will be difficult at times, in order to seek foundation others.

It invites man to work for its improvement and enlightenment.

Respect the firmness of faith, where it exists, but let us not forget the building of our own, to victory stable.
