Depois de alguns minutos simplesmente elas pararam e me vi fora do corpo, quando um espírito meu já conhecido (o monge budista) olha fixamente nos meus olhos e diz: vou passar minha energia para você.Estende seus braços e pega nas minhas mãos. Recebo uma descarga intensa de energia que percorre todo o meu corpo. Ele solicita que eu me concentre nessa energia e fecho os olhos. Então ele começa a me dizer: você é forte, você é forte! Você suporta as tempestades da vida! Começo a sentir uma força incomparável dentro de mim. Toda a minha concentração estava direcionada para essa energia que percorria todo o meu corpo. À medida que minha concentração foi se ampliando, fui sentindo proporcionalmente uma força interior incrível, estava completamente concentrada em mim mesma. Então o monge me fala da necessidade de utilizar essa energia que ainda desconhecia mas que possuía! Ele então se despede e volto ao meu corpo.
