No período de 10 a
12.12.2014 a Ouvidoria do Estado em parceria com a Associação
Brasileira de Ouvidores Seccional de Pernambuco promoveu o 3º Curso de
Capacitação e Certificação em Ouvidoria, evento que reuniu Ouvidores e
Coordenadores da Rede de Ouvidoria do Estado, além de Ouvidores e interessados
da área privada.
A prova ocorreu no último dia 12 e a entrega dos certificados ocorrerá ainda esta semana na Controladoria Geral do Estado. A validade da certificação é de cinco anos e tem abrangência nacional.
O curso contou com a participação de Edson Vismona atual Presidente da ABO Nacional.
In the period from 10 to 12.12.2014 the State Ombudsman in partnership with the Brazilian Association of Ombudsmen Sectional Pernambuco promoted the 3rd Course Training and Certification Ombudsman, an event that brought together Ombudsmen and Coordinators of the State Ombudsman Network, and Ombudsmen and interested private area.
The testing occurred in the last 12 days and the delivery of certificates will still take place this week in the General State Comptroller. The validity of the certification is five years and has national coverage.
The course was attended by Edson Vismona current President of the ABO.
