COMEMORANDO O MÊS DO OUVIDOR

No dia 28 de março a Abrarec e a ABO realizaram nas dependências da Câmara Municipal de São Paulo uma cerimônia enaltecendo a função do Ouvidor e divulgando novos avanços do setor de Ouvidorias.
O destaque ficou por conta do anuncio da renovação do ingresso do cargo de Ouvidor na CBO - Classificação Brasileira de Ocupações - e do lançamento do Portal Ouvidorias Brasil.
Presente ao evento estiveram representantes da Abrarec, ABO, Banco Itaú, Banco Bradesco, CBO, além de ouvidores convidados e imprensa.

A importância do evento foi marcada pela apresentação do novo código do cargo de Ouvidor dentro das diretrizes da CBO, entidade que classifica ocupações e cargos no País.
A partir de agora, o Ouvidor passa a ter um código próprio dentro da CBO - anteriormente ele era colocado como Relações Públicas. O remanejamento do cargo - que já foi reconhecido pelo MTE em 31/01/2013 - dá mais clareza e reforça sua importância, dando um passo efetivo para a legitimação da profissão junto ao Congresso.
Para o vereador Police Neto, que discursou na abertura do evento, este momento legitima um processo democrático e traz novos avanços para a profissão de Ouvidoria. "Não há mais dúvidas de que possa existir alguém mais capacitado para ouvir o cliente e falar diretamente com o alto escalão de uma corporação ou entidade pública, do que um Ouvidor. Agora, temos que olhar para o futuro e ter a função do Ouvidor como o mais importante elo nesta cadeia de relacionamento. E utilizarmos toda a tecnologia existente a nosso favor e a favor do diálogo" - frisou Neto.
Para Maria Inês Fornazaro, ouvidora da Câmara Municipal de São Paulo, este é um momento de reflexão para todos os envolvidos. "A importância do Ouvidor é um dos pilares do processo democrático deste País. Temos um trabalho muito importante que é o de preservar tudo o que foi conquistado até agora ao longo destes 20 anos de Ouvidoria".
Portal Ouvidorias Brasil
A segunda parte da cerimônia contou com a apresentação do Portal de Ouvidorias Brasil. Um projeto da Abrarec e ABO, com o apoio do Banco Bradesco e do Banco Itaú.
O Portal, ainda em fase de finalização, entrará na rede dentro de 60 a 90 dias, segundo seus idealizadores.
A ferramenta não se destina apenas aos Ouvidores, mas também a pesquisadores, jornalistas e toda a sociedade. O conteúdo será de responsabilidade da jornalista especializada em direito do consumidor, Angela Crespo.
A única diferença para um portal aberto é de que haverá uma área restrita - com login e senha - destinada aos Ouvidores. Esta sessão contará com fóruns, chats e um conteúdo específico para a troca de ideias e discussões. Para ter acesso o Ouvidor deverá fazer um cadastro no próprio site e aguardar sua aprovação - feita por um comitê formado por membros da ABO e Abrarec.
Segundo Natalia Pires, gerente de marketing da Abrarec e coordenadora do Portal, "essa diferenciação dará um suporte mais adequado ao Ouvidor, sem interferir na legitimidade das informações apresentadas nas demais áreas do Portal".O endereço do site será www.portaldeouvidoriasbrasil.com.br
CELEBRATING THE MONTH OF ombudsman

From now on, the ombudsman is replaced by its own code within the CBO - previously he was placed as Public Relations. The relocation of the office - which has already been recognized by TMU on 31/01/2013 - gives more clarity and reinforces its importance, giving an effective step towards legitimizing the profession with Congress.
For Councilman Police Neto, who spoke at the opening ceremony, this time legitimates a democratic process and brings new advances to the ombudsman profession. "There is no doubt that there may be someone more able to listen to the customer and speak directly with the top echelon of a corporation or public entity than an Ombudsman. Now have to look to the future and have the function of the Ombudsman as the most important link in this chain of relationships. The tool is not only intended to Ombudsmen, but also researchers, journalists and the whole society. The contents are the responsibility of the journalist specializing in consumer law, Angela Crespo.
The only difference is to open a portal that will be a restricted area - with username and password - for the Ombudsmen. This session will feature forums, chats and specific content for the exchange of ideas and discussions. To access the Ombudsman shall make a register on the site and wait for your approval - made by a committee comprised of members of the ABO and Abrarec.
