LEI DECOMBATE AO BULLYING

 

BRASÍLIA – O plenário do Senado aprovou ontem o projeto que cria o Programa de Combate à Intimidação Sistemática, também conhecido como bullying. Devido às alterações no texto realizadas na comissão de Direitos Humanos da Casa,a proposta deve retornar para nova discussão da Câmara dos Deputados, antes de seguir para sanção da presidente Dilma Rousseff.

O texto aprovado define o bullying como a “sequência de episódios de violência física ou psicológica, intencionais e repetitivos, praticado reincidentemente por um indivíduo ou grupo contra outro indivíduo ou grupo, em uma relação de desequilíbrio de poder entre as partes envolvidas”.

Tal intimação será enquadrada como bullying nos casos em que produza na vítima prejuízos físicos, morais e/ou psicológicos. A proposta lista também os casos que indicam uma possível situação de intimidação sistemática classificando- as como verbal, moral, sexual, social, psicológica, física, material e virtual. O projeto determina ainda que o combate ao bullying é dever de estabelecimentos de ensino, de clubes e de agremiações recreativas. Além disso, o programa de combate à prática deverá capacitar profissionais da educação e equipes pedagógicas para a implementação das ações de discussão, prevenção, orientação e solução do problema.

 

 

DECOMBATE TO BULLYING LAW

 

BRASILIA - The full Senate yesterday approved the bill creating the Program to Combat Bullying Systematic, also known as bullying. Because of changes in the text held in the Commission on Human Rights of the House, the proposal should return for further discussion of the House of Representatives, before heading to sanction of President Dilma Rousseff.
 The text adopted defines bullying as the "sequence of episodes of physical or psychological violence, intentional, repetitive, reincidentemente practiced by an individual or group against another individual or group in a power imbalance relationship between the parties involved."
 This summons will be framed as bullying where produce in the victim physical damage, moral and / or psychological. The proposal also lists the cases that indicate a possible systematic intimidation of classifying the situation as verbal, moral, sexual, social, psychological, physical, material and virtual. The project also provides that the fight against bullying is the duty of schools, clubs and recreational associations. In addition, the anti-practice program should enable education professionals and pedagogical teams to implement the discussion, prevention, guidance and troubleshooting.
